Fuck, it's been a minute...

Well, hi again everyone. It's me, that guy who do the art. I've been working. The past..... year and half? Almost two years? Walmart. Can't stand it. Been bouncing in and out of biiiiiiig depressive episodes because of it.

Life continues to happen, however. As do drawings, though not nearly as frequently as I used to churn them out. I'll have to find a time on one of my days off to remember to just image-dump everything I've done in between the last upload and now. Wouldn't say it's a whole heck of a lot, but there's at least a couple things I'm mildly proud of in there somewhere.

Short update for suddenly going dark for so long, but I've become a man of even fewer words as of late... I'll try to keep consistent again! Don't know how many of you out there would glance my way again, but there'll be new things to flick through soon.

WELL

College is ending for me within a couple of days. Truth be told, I'm terrified to be going out into the world. The only job I've had is at the college, and since I won't be a student there anymore I won't have access to that opportunity again.

I guess at the very least I've been getting myself back into drawing things recently. I honestly barely did anything between my last journal post and this one. Part of that was because of school work, and the other was that I just... stopped enjoying it for a while. Getting back into the swing of it, though. Been doing a little more 3d modeling, too. Starting small and working my way up, as one should, but my skills reaaally needed to be brushed up.

Not a whole lot to say right now. Just wanted to update that I am still alive. Also, for those who are curious about it from my end, Darkworld3-OCT is still something that's happening. We had to put things on hold for a little while because myself and a couple of the other Higher-Ups have been too busy to successfully keep things going. We're planning on getting it back up and running here very shortly, so make sure to keep an eye on things going on over there.

Nice to see you all again.

And will continue to be so for a short time longer. Sorry for the super-long absence, but my classes for college have been getting into all of my free time. Summer vacation is just around the corner, though! And not only will I hopefully have time and motivation to do more art-stuff on my own and put it up here again, I'll also be judging the newly-formed, under-construction Darkworld 3!



It doesn't seem that long ago that I started the first in this OCT series. *sigh in recollection of happy, yet stressful, memories*. I give all wishes of good luck to shamen01, current owner of the tournament.

Wow, it's good to see the DA green again...

Well, here we are. I'm about to start college, and with a week full of classes, that won't leave me very much time to work on things for DA (not like I did anything during the summer, anyway. Sorry about that...). I'll try to at least check in every once in a while, especially to see how Darkworld 2 is coming along (at least we managed to get the first one done before I started my life-blocker XP iSpazzyKitty is running this one, and I hope it goes well for her!).

Just felt like letting that out there for people to know in case they wonder why I've been gone for a long time again.

It's been WAAAAAAAAAAY too long since I've even shown up here, much less done anything productive for you amazing people who still find the time to check out my stuff, or even just have the patience to wait months on end for my next spark of activity! So, before I reveal anything, I wanna say thank you to those of you still paying even the slightest bit of attention to me. It means a lot!

Now, to business!

I've now (finally) graduated High School! Now that summer is here, I'll try to be as active as I can be for as long as possible. I still have to find a summer job (or a job in general... money is nice), and college is coming right up in the fall, so stuff's gonna probably get pretty packed on in the times to come. I hope it doesn't affect my time with all of you at all, but I know it more than likely will...

On the bright side, I've progressed in art technology! As a graduation gift from my Grandparents out in Washington, I now have a drawing tablet! I'm still getting used to it, but I'll be dishing out some awesome things... eventually (maybe). 

Soooooo, I'm still not dead, as some of you may probably have thought! Get ready for summer, because this show is just starting!
